Shipping policy
Below are our shipping policies and terms of service for both domestic and international orders. Please read these carefully.
- Each piece sent will be packaged in foam packaging material and bubble wrap to protect it to its destination. If there's any issues with your package on arrival, please provide us with photos of the packaging and any damage to the piece(s) or points of concern.
- Inspect your piece thoroughly upon receipt of it. Any piece that has been used will not be eligible for refund or replacement
- Without photos of the package's condition or the points of concern on the piece, we will not issue any refunds.
- Shipping of pre-made pieces will happen within 1-3 business days of the order. We will typically not ship over the weekends.
- Our packages are sent to the addresses provided at varying times. Sometimes the processing time could be a day or a few minutes, so make sure your information is correct. Should an incorrect address be provided to us and the package is sent before we receive any emails about it, we will not be liable for any lost / stolen packages.
- Package collection is the responsibility of the purchaser domestically or internationally. Should a package be stolen from a provided address, we are not liable for the loss of stolen goods.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs, etc., the cost of reshipping the package(s) will be handled by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us we will email you to inform you of the return. You will have 30 days upon receipt of this email to cover the cost of reshipping the piece before we offer a partial refund of 80% and closure of the order. This includes custom orders which will be publicly listed after the 30 days have ended.
