ToS Regarding use of our works, our response times, etc.:

    • We will respond to inquiries within 1-2 business days. We will not respond to messages over the weekends typically.
    • Misuse, improper care or mistreatment of these pieces may result in damaging the piece. We are not responsible for any rough handling, improper storage, or irresponsible use of our glass sex toys.

    • We are not liable for any injury incurred through improper use or handling of our works.

    ToS Regarding International Shipping:

    • Shipping to international destinations may take longer than the estimated delivery date. Please give 2-4 weeks past the estimated delivery date to give us an inquiry regarding your package.
    • Package collection is the responsibility of the purchaser if it is held at a customs processing facility.
    • Any import tariffs, duties, taxes, etc. will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
      • When purchasing our pieces from outside of the USA, please prepare to receive your package as we will not be responsible for any missing, stolen, lost, or returned packages.
      • If a package is returned, the cost of reshipping it will be on the customer.
      • A partial refund of 80% of the item cost will be issued if or when a piece hasn't been claimed from an international order. This will represent our shipping, handling and restocking fees.
      • We will send an email upon receipt of a returned package from international customs processing. If we receive no response within 30 days, a partial refund of 80% will be applied and the order will be considered completed.
